I have worked within tech, real estate, and start-ups. The superpower behind my work is my ability to bring light into messy situations and create innovative solutions to any roadblock. I enjoy skiing, painting, and spending time with those I love.

I bring a blend of passion, dedication, and expertise as a Lifestyle Architect. My work as a college advisor, preschool teacher, and mom foster a passion to help children and teens grow in self-awareness and independence. I am an ardent advocate of organization and routine with an understanding of grace and compassion. I coach with empathy and a human-centered awareness. I find joy in (lots of) coffee, cooking, planning, and sunshine but my close relationships are always top priority.

Two parents, three children, and two ADHD diagnoses walk into a bar. No, that's not it. They walk into a chaotic house with laundry in the dining room, missed teacher meetings, and lots of hiding in the bathroom for a deep breath and a mouthful of M&Ms.

Wait, this is no joke!

Life became chaotic with two working parents, kids, and school. This chaos was isolating and consuming. When shame crept in, we knew something needed to change. My shame was met with a hard truth that changed our life: No more shame, restructure. 

With this advice, I designed core systems to ease our day-to-day life and make our load manageable. These unique structures helped our marriage, relationships with our kids, and my own self-confidence.

With a passion for helping others defeat this shame by implementing successful core systems, I started The Lifestyle AR.
